Linkos Global Business Solutions is a growing BPO company here in Dagupan, Pangasinan, Philippines. However, we are proud to say that we have clients who we already have good relationships with. They chose us and stayed.
First of all, it is important for our company to know more about our clients to have a deeper and lasting relationship with them. Then, we identify what we can do for them and how we can help them build their businesses. After identifying what we can do for them, we inform our clients about the services we can offer which would benefit them most and we justify how. We go through this process thoroughly in order for us to foster an open relationship with them. We discuss all the aspects of how we can hit their goals. We make sure that we know exactly what they expect from us standard-wise and vice-versa. By doing this, we can now formulate short-term and long-term goals for our partnership.
All these technical aspects, in all honesty, are what most companies do for their clients. So the main question is, why do our clients stay with us? Because we deliver results. We do not just give an impressive facade and then come out empty handed. We provide what are expected of us. We set daily quotas and goals. We keep track of our agents. In a chance that there will be shortcomings on our end, we immediately do cause and effect analysis to get to the bottom of the problem and work together to find the best solutions to get back on the direction of success for our clients. Clients’ satisfaction is our satisfaction.
As a Call Center company, we are always focused on the goals of the clients.
